You can make a room booking by phone via our Call Center at our Contact or by walk-in at any of our hotel locations.

Yes, you can. You are required to provide Guest First Name, Guest Last Name/Surname and *IC/Passport Number when making booking. The Guest will need to present a valid ID/Passport during check in.

The standard check-in time is 3.00 pm Indonesian Time and check-out is at 12.00 noon Indonesian Time. If you are arriving earlier than the check-in time we will make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

No, we do not provide parking space. But there are ample street parking spaces around our Hotels Location.

Booking cancellations must be done at least 2 days before the scheduled check-in date. For any cancellations of bookings made within 1 day (24 hours) of the scheduled check in date, the total payment made is deemed forfeited.

Yes, free internet WiFi are available in designated areas at the Lobbies and Cafes.

All guestrooms are air-conditioned with attached bathroom (hot and cold shower), 21″ color TV, Towels and Toilet Amenities.
